In 1857 this lighthouse was erected, for the second time. The new tower stood 170 feet tall and boasted a First Order Fresnel Lens. The lighthouse was decommissioned in 1944 and designated a State Park shortly thereafter. It is open to the public and delights thousands with the magnificent view from the tower. -- $48.00
